KIMPERA limits processing to data necessary to provide the website, maintain technical security and handle communications that you choose to initiate. The website does not provide customer accounts, newsletters, online payments, public comments, a contact form, or visitor uploads of documents or photographs.
When the website is visited, hosting and technical systems may process data necessary for operation and security, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, operating system and server logs. KIMPERA does not use this data to create marketing profiles and seeks to limit retention to what is necessary for operation, diagnostics and website security.
If you contact KIMPERA by phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we process only the information you choose to provide in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange an appointment, perform an engagement or comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations. We recommend that you do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for the project.
Contact and correspondence data are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship. Documents that must be retained for legal, contractual, tax or accounting purposes are kept for the period required by applicable law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
KIMPERA does not sell personal data. Technical service providers may have access to certain data only to the extent necessary for hosting, maintenance, security or the services used by KIMPERA. Where a provider processes data on our behalf, we expect appropriate security and confidentiality measures.
The website uses only links to WhatsApp and, when configured, Instagram. These services are not embedded as feeds, pixels or tracking widgets. KIMPERA does not transmit browsing data to these services merely because you visit the website. If you choose to open or use an external service, processing by that provider is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
The current website does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, embedded Google Maps, advertising tools, external fonts or other technologies intended for marketing profiling. The KIMPERA theme does not set advertising cookies. WordPress or the hosting environment may nevertheless use strictly technical cookies or mechanisms required for administration, security or operation. If analytics, advertising tools or third-party integrations are added later, this policy must be reviewed before they are enabled.
KIMPERA applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk in order to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or unlawful use. The website is designed to operate with HTTPS, regular updates, access controls and appropriate hosting-level backups. No Internet infrastructure can, however, guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data security breach, KIMPERA will assess the incident and take the steps required by applicable Swiss law, including any necessary notification where a high risk to affected individuals is likely.
Within the limits provided by Swiss law, you may request information about personal data concerning you and, where the legal conditions are met, request correction, deletion or other measures provided by law. Requests may be sent to contact@kimpera.ch. KIMPERA may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s identity before disclosing data.
This policy must be updated if website functionality or processing practices change, in particular if a form, analytics system, advertising, online payment or a new third-party integration is added.
